How much money do the indigenous artisans make by collaborating with Oltem?

At Oltem we split our finances in revenue by 30/30/30.

Which means the indigenous artisans make 30% of revenue. The following 30% goes to Operational Costs which include marketing, photography, taxes, shipping supplies etc. The final 30% of revenue go to Oltem's team of coordinators and founder and designer Tatiana.

We ensure fair compensation for indigenous artisans through transparent and formalized agreements. They receive 30% of the total revenue generated from jewelry sales.

What kinds of jewelry products are available, and do they reflect the cultural heritage of the artisans?

Our jewelry products are a unique blend of contemporary designs and craftsmanship, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the artisans we work with. We offer a wide range of pieces, including necklaces and earrings more items ill be added to our collection soon!

Can you provide more information about the back office operations and how the 30% allocated to it contributes to the business?

The 30% allocated to back office operations covers essential expenses such as quality control, marketing, shipping, and administrative tasks. It ensures the smooth functioning of the business and supports the ethical production and distribution of our jewelry.

Are there any specific initiatives or programs in place to support the indigenous artisans beyond fair compensation?

Unfortunately as of now, we are unable to provide initiatives or programs to the community. It is however, one of our goals to create a program for children in the near future and with your support we will be able to.

We maintain strict quality control standards throughout the production process. All products go through rigorous inspections by the owner herself to ensure quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship.
